By profession I'm a teacher. I have a university degree in education from Colorado State University. I am also a Reiki Master and an Advanced EFT practitioner.

Whether on the playing field, an ice rink or on the golf course I love to help athletes improve their performance. To show a pitcher how to get out of his slump or a basketball player how to finally starting to sink free throw shots, it's so exciting to be able to make a real difference in peoples games. Whether you're an ageing athlete trying to increase your range of motion or a little league short stop, we can work together to see how to get your best performance.

In 2005 I had the honor to be invited to speak on movement and brain development at the United Nations in Geneva Switzerland.

By profession I am a musician. I have a B.A. from UNC and a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado. For many years I taught music, both privately and in public schools.
I am an Advanced EFT practitioner and a practitioner and instructor in Quantum Touch.

In addition to helping people and their families eliminate problem areas, I love to teach people how to improve their game, whatever that game is. Having two parents who were big golfers I learned about sports performance and what goes into the mental side of a good game at an early age. My own golf game improved dramatically when I started applying these techniques! Can I help with yours?
